The following is a list of the services and fees offered by compusolve. The compusolve pharmacy management system is a leader in its field and is very competitive in price.

compusolve Pharmacy License

  • License to use compusolve Pharmacy Prescription Management System Software on a single user or multi-user (4) computer system.
  • On-site training is provided. One to two day sessions are typical.

compusolve Medical Records License

  • License to use compusolve Medical Records Software on single user or multi-user (4) computer system.
  • On-site training is provided. One to two day sessions are typical.

Software Maintenance & Support

  • Includes toll-free hotline support, program updates and enhancements.

Drug Interaction & Patient Consultation Database & Updates

  • First DataBank Database includes drug-to-drug interactions with monographs, patient education monographs and drug to allergy warnings, duplicate therapy checking and drug to disease checking.

Electronic Price Updates

  • Updated weekly by telephone

Non-contract Software Support

  • compusolve provides technical support for customer without a software maintenance agreement on a per-call basis.
  • The rate is $1.50 per minute. A minimum of $20 will be charged per call.
  • Support calls for non-contract customers are returned between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday only.
  • Software updates may be obtained upon request for $350 per update. Customer may require several updates to get to current release of software. Typically, there are at least four software updates per year.
